Job purpose
Developing for new potential customers. Maintain business for existing customer. Building up relationship with WeFreight Global Network and extending cooperation for developing business
Main tasks and responsibilities
1) Sales approach
- Analysis of the potential customer
- Local field sales call & visit
- Opportunity checking with customer
- Preparing quotation
- Creation of sales lead and send it to WeFreight global network and related partners
- Responding to sales lead and follow up
2) Requirement of customer
- Detail checking for customer’s request
- Receive inquiry from customer
- Fulfill customer’s inquiry
- Preparing and submission quotation for customer
- Updated feedback for requirement of customer promptly
- Deliver customer satisfaction
- Updating for opportunity (Proposal, Negotiation, Won & Lost)
3) Admin
- Setting up SOP
- Preparation and updating for personal target sales pipeline
- Follow up on-time payment collection
- Accurate reporting for personal task
KPI
- Develop new business opportunity
- Achieve Gross Revenue & Net Revenue targets
- Sales activity for trade lanes development
- Leverage and perform active sales leads
- Prompt and accurate reporting for personal task
- Participate in tender processes when appropriate, including tender presentations to prospective clients
- Work cooperatively and productively with co-workers to ‘win’ new business
- Maintain performance against set activities targets of 10 physical calls per week
- Meet and or exceed ROSE targets as set by company
- To increase business growth set by personal targets, as well as assisting the overall sales performances.
- To achieve individual targets set regarding new business, sales activities and other tasks set by management.
- To drive profitability through increasing sales & controlling costs while maintaining strong margins and company standards.
- Attend monthly meetings
- Manage day to day sales related queries and timely reporting and updating of CW1.
- Lead by example in the areas of profitability, professionalism, and time management.

Education requirements
Graduate education, good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Power point Word)
Language requirements
English – Written and Verbal
Background and experience
- At least 2 ~ 3 years over of local field sales experience for the freight forwarding Industry
- Basic knowledge of int’l freight forwarding service, trade lane development and industry verticals
- Work ability of the int’l freight forwarding and logistics fields
Competencies and skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills when under pressure and tight work deadlines
- Team management and leadership qualities
