Job purpose
- Responsible for driving business growth of WeFreight Saudi Arabia.
- Help push the company reach a much better brand recognition and awareness.
- Develop and maintain client relationship.
- Create, Implement, and Monitor a marketing and sales strategy plan.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Sell the whole range of products (Air/Ocean/Land/oversized cargo/warehousing).
- Achieving monthly Gross revenue & Net Revenue goals.
- Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide Logistics Solutions.
- Manage and grow existing businesses to generate targeted and sustainable revenue (additional regions, additional products).
- Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all customer information utilizing CRM.
- Nurture leads and create opportunities within portfolio of assigned geographies through a value-based approach.
- Understand and analyse the big picture of customer’s business objectives in order to build the profile & act as a consultant for customer’s business strategy.
- Present solutions to customers, demonstrating value for business and goal alignment.
- Ensure an adequate level of vigilance on customer payment behaviour and make sure to help Credit Control to collect payment.

Background and experience
- 5 years’ experience in similar role within the Logistics industry
- Extensive Knowledge of the Saudi Market

- Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal sales objectives – Results Oriented
- Strong Business Acumen and Industry Knowledge
- Strong Work ethic and Customer Centric mindset
- Ability to influence all customers (both internal and external) on issues that impact the business
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
